- 8 oz Rotini
- 1 cup cream
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Sour cream
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Parsley (chopped)
- Add all the ingredients, except sour cream, to a 6qt slow cooker and mix well.
